APH REMAKE: Maybe we're not so different at all

A remake of my old art called different.
It's also a conclusion of where Russia gets lonely because of his weather (cold) while Philippines gets lonely when summer gets too hot for everyone. (but mostly because she's far from rest of them.)

Optimistic Philippines is trying to tell Russia that he's not alone.
Russia is actually shock that Piri wasn't scared of him despite of what the rest of the world told her about him.
